With QuoteWerks v4.5, customers can drag and drop line items in Document Items tab of Quote Workbook as well as single or multiple line items within quote. Datafeedfile.com enables users to search online merchants and compare prices between online stores such as Amazon, Buy.com, and Tiger Direct. With Item URL Field on advanced tab of Edit Product window, users can associate web page with product, and with Links Tab, users can link external files to QuoteWerks document.

QuoteWerks Releases New Version 4.5
The new release includes an updated user interface and many additional time-saving features including a new tab in the Quote Workbook.
Orlando, FL -- Aspire Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of sales quoting software solutions for the global small and mid-markets, announced today the release of a new version of QuoteWerks, 4.5.
New Updated QuoteWerks Interface
The persistent commitment to development of QuoteWerks ensures organizations will always have the most reliable and robust quoting and proposal solution to compliment their sales process. Version 4.5 of QuoteWerks includes many improvements and enhancements for users. The most noticeable change in the new version is the updated user interface. The new color schemes/skins update the look of QuoteWerks and are applied to the entire program including the appearance of menus, buttons, text boxes, and more. QuoteWerks Version 4.5 also adds some new functionality including the ability to drag and drop line items in the Document Items tab of the Quote Workbook. Users are able to drag and drop single or multiple line items within the quote.
Other new features available in version 4.5 include:
An integration for ACT! Premium for the Web.
A new product search called Datafeedfile.com that enables users to search online merchants and compare prices between online stores such as Amazon, Buy.com, Tiger Direct, and more.
An item URL Field on the advanced tab of the Edit Product window that allows users to associate a web page with a product. Users can also launch the associated website by right-clicking on the product in QuoteWerks to open the page in their browser.
A new filename generation option allows users to control the names of the files created during certain functions such as attaching a PO, report, or linked resource utilizing QuoteWerks macros.
Support for SugarCRM 5.5.
The ability to change the order in which customers receive the quotes, literature, spec sheets, cover pages, and linked resources when emailing or printing documents from QuoteWerks.
Additionally in this new release of QuoteWerks 4.5, a sixth tab has been added to the Quote Workbook called the Links Tab. The Links Tab enables users to link external files to the QuoteWerks document by dragging and dropping the file into the tab or simply clicking the plus sign. Users can link a variety of different files such as Word documents, Excel files, Cad drawings, html documents, and more. Linking files to the QuoteWerks documents allows users to quickly access supplemental materials without having to leave the QuoteWerks interface. The documents in the Links Tab can be printed or emailed with the quote or users can choose not to include the files when sending the quotes.
