Supplied as standalone Windows®-based application, Saleswin allows sales representatives from all industries to present catalog to prospects and customers as well as take down their orders and send them electronically. Catalog Presentation lets sales reps present multiple catalogs with images, data sheets, documents, PDFs, and videos. When ready, orders are sent in rich text and XML file formats to companies, and copy of order can also be sent to customers.

Efectra Software Launches Saleswin, an On-Field Sales Force Solution for All Industries
Saleswin is standalone Windows based application for Sales Representatives from all industries to present the catalog to prospects and customers, to take down customer orders and send them electronically to companies. Saleswin`s built-in Catalog Presentation allows the Sales Representatives to present multiple catalogs with images, data sheets, documents, PDFs, and Videos.
"Currently, the independent Sales Representatives are using various documents, and images to present catalogs to their prospects or customers. The problem with that it is hard to organize all the images, data sheets, documents and videos associated with a product in a central location. Especially if the Sales Representative is presenting multiple products from multiple companies" says Kalaiselvi Balakrishnan, Director - Business Development of Efectra Software. "We wanted to change that by providing a specialized productivity solution for Sales Representatives."
Saleswin sends orders in Rich Text, and XML file formats to companies and a copy of the order could be sent to customers if necessary. With XML file, the companies can parse the data and upload it to their back end system without additional data entry.
Although Saleswin is configurable for any industry, it supports Apparel, Garment, Textile and Leather industries out-of-the-box with Style, Color, Size and Dimension fields. Exclusive support of Embroidery and Screen Printing allows the Sales Representatives to write orders with Design and its Placement details.
Saleswin comes with two editions, Saleswin Express and Saleswin Professional. Saleswin Express costs $59 and Saleswin Professional costs $89 and both come with unlimited free updates for the current version.
