Featuring nickel-plated housings and end caps with dissipative lens assemblies, optical ESD-safe EZ-SCREENS® provide non-contact machine guarding. Models with 14 mm resolution provide finger, hand, and ankle detection with range of 0.1-6 m, while 30 mm models provide hand and ankle detection with range of 0.1-18 m. Receiver DIP switch selector is provided for scan code, trip or latch output, and EDM. Visual diagnostics facilitate setup, operation, and maintenance.

These ESD-safe optical safety light screen systems have nickel-plated housings and end caps and have dissipative lens assemblies. ESD-safe light screens are ideal for a wide variety of safe guarding applications in the semiconductor and electronics industries.
ESD-safe EZ-SCREEN models have the same features as standard models, including the following:
