Engineered to safely interconnect traces on densely populated PC boards, RoHS-compliant SJ Series jumpers are offered in standard EIA case sizes 0805 and 1206. Constructed of #C110 copper flat wire and 100% matte tin over nickel underplate, they have current rating of 2 A and operating temperature range of -55 to +125°C. Resistant to moisture and other contaminants, parts are provided on 8 mm wide, 4 mm pitch, conductive polycarbonate tape that meets ANSI/EIA-481 standards.

Precisely engineered to safely and reliably interconnect traces on densely populated PC boards, Components Corporation's jumpers address fabricators' of SMT printed circuit boards ever-increasing demands to maximize board real estate, optimize manufacturing efficiencies, and speed time-to-market. The devices require no costly and time-consuming insulation, and are today's preferred choice to expensive wire bonding solutions. Comprised of parts in standard EIA case sizes 0805 and 1206, the Series uniquely boasts an ultra-low profile of 0.050" while allowing sufficient clearance for circuit paths.
