Available with digits from 0.3 in. high, SMD LED Displays maintain segment brightness consistency without exposure to hot spots. Displays can be made with ultrathin bar graphs, custom icon shapes in variety of colors, and from single-digit up to 5 digits. Ultra-thin design is suitable for reverse mount applications and designs that do not fit standard through-hole or thick displays.

Ultra Thin SMD LED Displays
Using Patent pending technologies, American Opto Plus LED Corp. presents abilities to produce SMD LED Displays that are 1mm or less in plastic thickness. Available from 0.3 inch digit height and higher, to custom designs, the ultrathin display maintains its segment brightness consistency without exposure to hot spots.
The technology also allows SMD LED displays to be made with ultrathin bar graphs, circular, custom icon shapes in all colors including Blue, Red, Green, Yellow and White and can be made from single digit up to 5 digits as size allows.
The Ultra-Thin design is intended to allow superior cost savings in PCB materials in any reverse mount application, and can be used in designs that fail to have sufficient room in the past that does not fit standard thru-hole or thick displays. LED Displays also provides superior brightness and viewing angle compared to LCD panels, the custom design capability increases uniqueness from competitors of same products.
