Invensys Eurotherm Releases Three Phase SCR Power Controller
LEESBURG, VA - Invensys Eurotherm is pleased to announce the new SCR Power Controller, model 7300A. The model 7300A is a rugged three-phase SCR Power Controller rated from 16 to 40 amps, 100 to 500 VAC with an 0-5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA control input. The Model 7100A offers zero cross firing for fixed resistance loads or phase angle firing for inductive and variable resistance loads.
This unit is available with optional load diagnostics, which monitors SCR failure, total load failure and partial load failure. By detecting these problems early, contingency plans can be implemented quicker, thus saving money and maximizing valuable production time. The model 7300A has the CE Mark for use in Europe and the UL/cUL approvals are planned.
The Model 7300A is ideal for heating applications, such as environmental chambers, industrial kilns/ovens/furnaces, infrared heating, and glass melting. The Series 7000 continues to raise the standard of power products with it's new modern appearance, uniform ergonomics, and exceptional performance and quality.
