(NASDAQ:ADEP), the leading provider of intelligent vision guided robotics and global robotics services, announced the release of UL Listed Adept Cobra(TM) 4-axis SCARA and Adept Viper(TM) 6-axis articulated robot families that meet UL1740 (Robots and Robotic Equipment) and Z434 (Robots and Robotic Equipment Certified for Canada) Safety Standards.

The UL Listed Adept Cobra 4-axis SCARA and Adept Viper 6-axis articulated robot families are targeted at customers in the Medical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Consumer Goods, Cosmetics and Lab Automation industries that require the added safety and regulatory compliance provided by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.
