Roundtest® RA-120/P Sets New Standard for Accuracy and Productivity in Desktop Roundness Measurement
(Aurora, IL) The new Roundtest® RA-120/P roundness measuring machine from Mitutoyo America Corporation offers the versatility of PC-control in a robust unit with compact footprint. With a high rotational accuracy of (0.04+6H/10000) µm, a precise air bearing turntable rated up to 55 lbs. (25 kg) and many optimizations for rapid inspection, the Mitutoyo Roundtest RA-120/P combines lab-level accuracy with factory floor capacity.
PC control makes the RA-120/P versatile and easy to use with Mitutoyo ROUNDPAK® measurement and analysis software. Running under Windows®, ROUNDPAK roundness/cylindricity measurement and analysis software is designed to simplify control, preliminary setup and measurement while providing unmatched analysis output functionality. By storing and indexing measurement and evaluation set-ups, libraries of sequences can be compiled on a workpiece by workpiece basis.
The Roundtest RA-120/P provides twelve analysis options: roundness, coaxiality, concentricity, radial runout, axial runout, perpendicularity to axis, perpendicularity to plane, wall thickness deviation, flatness, parallelism, performance spectrum and harmonic analysis.
