Available in ½, 5/8, ¾, and 1 in. dia, THINBIT® internal GROOVE 'N TURN® toolholders offer minimum bore of 1.250 in. and hold inserts with cutting depths to .500 in. They can be used on conventional, Swiss, and CNC machines for ID threading inserts and grooving inserts in sizes from .004-.155 in. Inserts are available in 3 grades of material: D2 for steels, D5 for non-ferrous, and HSS. TiN, TiCN, TiAlN coatings are also available.

New Thinbit® Groove 'N Turn® Round Internal Toolholders
THINBIT®, manufactured by Kaiser Tool Company, announces an expansion to its selection of internal GROOVE 'N TURN® toolholders. The new holder is available in 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 1" diameters. The toolholder has a 1.250" minimum bore and holds inserts with cutting depths to .500".
Toolholders can be used on conventional, Swiss and CNC machines for I.D. threading inserts and grooving inserts in sizes from .004" to .155". Inserts are available in three grades of material: D2 for steels, D5 for non-ferrous and HSS. TiN, TiCN, TiAlN are available. Full selection of radius and special configurations are available.
