Available with 4, 8D, or 10B stations, OYSTAR Manesty XSpress features hybrid turret with 4 B and 4 D punches, automated weight adjustment using die fill regulation, and controlled automated upper and lower punch lubrication system. Utilizing open feeder or force feeder, cGMP-compliant press can process as little as 50 g of powder for small quantity trials. Instrumentation and data acquisition software is provided to analyze compression forces, ejection force, and punch displacement.

Fairfield, NJ - The OYSTAR USA Process Division introduces the next generation, compact OYSTAR Manesty XSpress R&D rotary tablet press. The XSpress provides R&D users with advanced instrumentation and data acquisition software to analyze compression forces, ejection force and punch displacement.
Utilizing either an open feeder or force feeder, the cGMP-compliant XSpress can process as little as 50g of powder for small quantity trials. Mounted on wheels, the XSpress can be easily moved to a production zone to manufacture small batches and can conveniently be scaled up for industrial size batches.
Available with 4, 8D or 10B stations, the XSpress offers pre and main compression as standard features. The XSpress offers a unique hybrid turret with four B and four D punches for rapid format changes. A bi-layer version of the XSpress is also available.
