Table's 5C A2-4 spindle allows customer to use existing 5C spindle tooling without adaptors. Clamp/brake system is fast and clamp release is in milliseconds.

Hardinge Previews Rigid, Low-Profile Rotary Table at WESTEC booth #2018
Hardinge will be previewing the new GD160LP rotary table at Westec in booth 2018. The GD160LP provides rigidity, speed, accuracy, low-profile and repeatability in an affordable package. The hardened steel worm and gear provide long life and continued accuracy, with the double eccentric design offering the finest possible gear mesh. The 5C A2-4 spindle allows the customer to use their existing 5C spindle tooling without adaptors. The clamp/brake system is fast and clamp release is in milliseconds. An optional pneumatic collet closer is also available.
Also on display will be the GD210LP rotary table, 16C Rotary System, Trunnion system with Hardinge collet blocks mounted, and the FlexC(TM) Collet System. The FlexC system is available in 65mm and 42mm sizes, with adaptation chucks and mounts available for most CNC lathes. Hardinge FlexC collet heads are completely interchangeable with other manufacturer's systems and are in stock in Elmira, NY. All products demonstrated at Westec in booth 2018 are made in the U.S.A.
