June 23, 2003 - With an accuracy of ±3°, NERSI aligns and places pour spouts inside of containers such as liquid laundry detergent and liquid fabric softener. Machine works on filled or empty containers and is capable of running at speeds from 30/min to over 300/min. Unit accepts containers from constant speed, non-stopping, and continuous motion conveyors and releases them back, with spouts correctly inserted, to user's conveyor for transport to capper, filler, or labeler.

NERSI, Rotary Spout Inserter

Bradenton, Florida, New England Machinery, Inc. (NEM), is excited to announce its latest model to add to its packaging machinery line, the NERSI, Rotary Spout Inserter. The NERSI accurately aligns (+/- 3°) and places pour spouts inside of containers such as liquid laundry detergent and liquid fabric softener. This machine offers high throughput while utilizing a minimum of floor space. It works on filled or empty containers and is capable of running at speeds from 30/min to over 300/min. The NERSI accepts containers from the customer’s constant speed, non-stopping and continuous motion conveyor and releases them back with the spouts correctly inserted to the customer’s conveyor for transport to the capper, filler or labeler.
