Power consumption is minimized with online-offline and start-stop control with delay off timer. Electric motors are TEFC, and Wye-Delta starters are provided on 25–50 hp models. Manual and automatic belt tensioners are standard.

St. Louis – Curtis-Toledo’s KS Series rotary screw air compressors are supplied as standard with low DBA acoustical enclosures with removable, easy-access side panels. They are very compact in design, utilizing minimal floor space. These 10 through 50 HP compressors incorporate as standard simple-to-use AIRTRON microprocessors, which monitor the parameters and working conditions of the compressor. Design uses minimal components and SAE O-ring fittings to eliminate leaks. Low power consumption is assured with online-offline and start-stop control with delay off timer. Electric motors are rugged TEFC for long life. Wye-Delta starters are standard on 25 through 50 HP. Air ends are manufactured to ISO 9001 standards. Manual and automatic belt tensioners come standard for efficient, trouble-free operation. The KS Series offers quiet, efficient operation in minimum floor space.
