This is it! The model SR7 rotary electric actuator manufactured by Indelac Controls was designed solely for industrial applications within the 200 in-lbs. torque range. The SR7 is housed comfortably inside a heavy-duty, sand-cast, aluminum enclosure that meets NEMA 7 specifications for use in hazardous locations.

These tough SR7 reversing actuators are used in place of Indelac models: SD, SR, SDX and SX when the job requires an enclosure rating of Class I Groups C & D or Class II Groups E, F & G div. I and II.

Indelac's SR7 defines the standard for explosion proof industrial rotary electric actuators! Sure they are tough on the outside, what about the inside you might ask. Well, don’t let their compact size fool you. The SR7 is engineered to have a long service life in harsh conditions. Equipped with a spur gear drive and hardened steel gears, as in all ICI actuators, the SR7 can withstand stall conditions without suffering gear failure.

The Standard equipment includes 115Vac-1ph motor with thermal over load protection, two limit switches wired for light indication, stainless steel fasteners, 300 series stainless steel output drive with a spring friction brake. Finally the SR7 has a thermally bonded ultraviolet resistant polyester powder coating that not only enhances its appearance but also is a tough corrosion resistant coating.

Optional dome style position indicator and declutching manual override are available. Voltage options for this quarter turn electric actuator include 12VDC, 24VDC, 115VAC, 115VAC Extended Duty, 208VAC 220VAC, & 230VAC.

Other options include but are not limited to, auxiliary switches, heater, thermostat, breather, 4-30mA control, multi-turn capability, Modbus, power on brake, power off brake, 0-135 Ohm control, speed control, multi-position capability, additional conduit entry, custom mounting pads, torque sensor, two-wire control, and many more.
