Offering automatic and manual operation, TB130 Top Bender produces consistent quality bends in up to 5 in. dia pipe, tube, squares, rectangular, solids, and other profiles. It bends any angle to 180° with independent spring back compensation for each bend and bends to centerline radius as small as 2D. Supporting unlimited program storage with up to 12 bends per program via USB, system also offers swing away counterbending die vise and quick-change tooling system with multiple radii.

Bending capacity to 5-inch tube
The TB130 Top Bender model is specifically designed to produce consistent quality bends in large diameter pipe, tube, squares, rectangular, solids and other profiles. Easy access to automatic and manual operating modes, programming, system diagnostics and multiple language capability offered with PLC touch screen control. Unlimited program storage available with USB - up to 12 bends per program. Digital display of counterbend die axis and bend angle. TB130 bends any angle to 180° with independent spring back compensation for each bend and bends to a centerline radius as small as 2D.
Engineered heavy-duty steel gear case accepts bend profiles with CLR to 27½". Patented swing away counterbending die vise and quick-change tooling system with multiple radii available. Auto load sensing improves bend productivity while protecting machine components. No hydraulic components reduces cost and improves bend accuracy.
