September 1, 2010 - DD Series is comprised of 6 models with bending capacities spanning ¼-3 in. OD mild steel. Sizes range from 36 x 48 in. for 1 hp DD-3 to 56 x 93 in. for 15 hp DD-20. Other power ratings include 3, 5, and 7.5 hp, and weights vary from 450-10,000 lb. Suited for applications such as anchor bolts, J bolts, pipe hangers, and lifting rings, these bar stock bending machines deliver bending moment ratings from 2,800-180,000 lb-in.

Pedrick Tool Introduces New Line of Low Cost Rotary Draw Bending Machines for Bending Solid Round Bar Stock


The PEDRICK Tool & Machine Co., Inc. introduces its new DD Series line of rotary draw bending machines for bending solid round bar stock. This line of bar stock bending machines offers a dedicated, low cost alternative for bending solid round bar stock. The range of bar stock sizes is 1/4 IN to 3 IN OD mild steel. Recent applications have been for anchor bolts, J bolts, pipe hangers and lifting rings. At present we are manufacturing a PEDRICK Model DD-20 to bend 2 ¼ IN OD 4140 high tensile alloy steel, solid round bar stock, for heavy duty lifting rings. The Pedrick Tool & Machine Company was founded in 1875 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
