Model TB76 produces bends to centerline radii as tight as 2x material diameter in tube, pipe, and profiles up to 3 in. in diameter. Tooling is supplied for tube, pipe, and conduit, with special tooling available for squares, solids, and other profiles. Features include 2-speed gear box that accommodates work piece centerline bend radii up to 15 in. and programmable control with digital display that stores 30 individual programs with 9 separate bend angle and material spring back values.

Ercolina's rotary draw TB76 produces repeatable accurate bends to center line radii as tight as two times material diameter in tube, pipe and profiles to three inch capacity without a mandrel. Tooling available for tube, pipe and conduit. Special tooling available for squares, solids and other profiles. Heavy-duty two-speed gear box with improved bend speed accommodates work piece centerline bend radii up to fifteen inches. Programmable control with digital display stores thirty individual programs with nine separate bend angle and material spring back values in each program. Tooling mounts rapidly to hex shaft for quick setup and changeover. Available two-axis material positioning table increases productively and versatility when bending multiple bends in two planes.
