Driven via hydraulic cylinder on ratcheting wheel, model RDB-125 can bend tubing to maximum of 195°. Machine is controlled via foot pedal, ratchet wheel allows for bend advancement at every 8°, and quick-release counter die system accelerates unloading and reloading. Capacities include up to 2.5 in., .120 wall DOM tube, 2 in., schedule 40 pipe, 2 in. .120 wall Chromolly, and 2 in. .120 wall square; all with maximum center line radius of 7 in.

New Baileigh RDB-125 Rotary Draw Bender
Baileigh Industrial is proud to introduce our latest rotary draw bender, the model RDB-125. This tubing bender has the ability to bend up to 2.5" .120 wall DOM tube, 2" schedule 40 pipe, 2" .120 wall Chromolly, and 2" .120 wall square; all with a maximum center line radius of 7 inches. The model RDB-125 is a world class bender for cost conscience shops who are looking to do a lot of quality production.
The model 125 rotary draw bender will produce the same quality of bends as our larger rotary draw machines, due to the use of the same world class tooling. The difference between this pipe bender and our other tubing benders (ex: RDB-175, RDB-250, RDB-350) lies with how the machine operates. This machine is driven via a single hydraulic cylinder on a ratcheting wheel that is similar in concept to our RDB-100 manual tubing bender, though that's where the similarities end.
The RDB-125 pipe bender will bend all the way to a maximum of 195 degrees to account for material spring back. This machine is controlled via convenient foot pedal control, and is built from industrial grade hydraulic and electronic components.
The RDB-125, like most of our rotary draw tubing benders comes standard with our quick release counter die system. This will allow you to un-load and re-load the machine quickly. You also have the ability to advance a bend, because of the unique ratchet wheel; you can hold your bend every 8 degrees. This allows you to save on material costs.
