August 19, 2008 - Suited for bending large diameter pipe, tube, squares, rectangular, solids, and other profiles, Top Bender Model TB80 features touchscreen display with auto, manual, and simple bend programming modes as well as system diagnostics and multiple languages. Handheld dead man switch controls bend, return, and emergency stop functions. Offering unlimited program storage with USB device, TB80 accepts 1-3 in. quick change hex mount tooling and is capable of bends to CLR as small as 2D without mandrel.

JUST RELEASED! Innovative Ercolina® Rotary Draw Bender


Ercolina has just released the new Top Bender model TB80, ideal for bending large diameter pipe, tube, squares, rectangular, solids and other profiles. Operator friendly touch screen display features auto, manual and simple bend programming modes as well as system diagnostics and multiple language modes. The LCD counter bend axis and programmable material springback for each bend angle offer greater bend accuracy. Hand-held dead man switch controls bend, return and emergency stop functions. TB80 model has unlimited program memory storage available with USB device; each USB control stores up to (2048) individual bend programs with (12) bends per program. The TB80 is capable of bends to CLR as small as 2D without a mandrel. Accepts Standard Ercolina® quick change hex mount tooling 1" to 3"; 80mm hex shaft mount is available for larger profiles. Reinforced steel gear case accepts large radius tooling to 19 ½" CLR. Secondary slider tool post expands capacity. Availability of an optional mandrel table will be announced at a later date.
