New Rotary Dial Table Drive

Cyclo-Index introduces the new 4800DT Drive, the latest addition to our line of cam-driven rotary dial indexers.

The new 4800DT provides a smooth, mechanical indexing motion and handles up to 5646 in-lb of torque. 4800DT Drives range from 4-position to 16-position, with various input periods available. We can provide special motions to meet specific design requirements. These drives feature a rugged cast iron housing for durability, a center through-hole for signal apparatus, and a large output element for mounting.

The standard package includes a 1-hp motor, speed reducer and motor controller, plus a cam and limit switch assembly for cycle-on-demand capability. With its dynamic braking and variable speed controller, this package offers complete timing and control versatility. Available accessories include torque overload device, riser blocks for mounting, vertical mounting bracket, center tooling post and custom dial plates.
