Rotary Airlock Feeder helps prevent product contamination.
September 18, 2013 -
Used where frequent cleaning and sanitary service is required, Klean-In-PlaceŽ II special-purpose valve allows rotor to be removed from housing using 3/16 in. allen wrench. Two slide bar supports, using linear bearings, maximize support of rotor while it is pulled out and accelerate time in which valve can be cleaned, sanitized, and inspected. Along with self-aligning drive design, features include availability of round flanges, standard airlock options, and USDA and sanitary construction.

Introducing the Meyer Klean-In-Place IIŽ
The Meyer Klean-In-PlaceŽ Rotary Airlock Feeder is a special purpose valve suited for Dairy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Baking, Chemical, Paint, and Powder Coating applications.
All that’s needed to simply remove the rotor from the housing is a common 3/16” allen wrench. The re-designed two slide bar supports, using linear bearings, providing maximum support of the rotor while it's pulled out and the valve can be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected in a short time. This feature makes the Klean-In-Place IIŽ ideal when frequent cleaning and sanitary service is required to prevent product contamination.
The unique design of the Klean-In-Place IIŽ also incorporates a self-aligning drive design which eliminates complicated drive handles. Meyer Klean-In-Place IIŽ valves are available with round flanges, standard airlock options, and USDA and sanitary construction. The Klean-In-Place IIŽ also meets the 3A Dairy Design Standards.
