Cast steel counterbalance weights have been replaced with 100% recycled PVC. Environmentally friendly counterbalances are molded with E-Z carrying handles and non-slip surface. Our new KeeGuard PVC is OSHA compliant, E-Z and fast to install. KeeGuard is engineered to be free-standing and does not penetrate the roofing membrane. The standard counterbalance color is gray with optional colors available.

All you need to do is provide us a roof plan with dimensions and we'll do the engineering and provide an estimate including shop drawings.
