7000 Diamond Series "Roundup Ready" Pumps Provide Maximum Reliability and Long Life When Pumping Harsh Chemicals

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Delavan Ag Pumps, Inc. introduces 7000 Diamond Series(TM) "Round-up® Ready" Roller Pumps. These seven-roller pumps offer maximum flow output up to 22.5 gpm (85.5 lpm) at 850 rpm, and can handle fluid temperature to 140ºF/60ºC. Ultra-rollers provide smooth, high performance operation, and long wear life. These pumps provide counter clockwise rotation as standard, and are available with optional clockwise rotation.

Agricultural fluids can corrode most general-purpose pumps in a short period of time. A special alloy body and end plate for maximum durability allows Diamond Series pumps to last up to 10 times longer than conventional cast iron pumps when pumping harsh agricultural chemicals, such as herbicides. These pumps should not be run dry.

Shafts of 416 stainless steel have an extra-fine finish to minimize seal wear. Heavy-duty sealed bearings support both ends of the shaft. Close tolerance machining on the corrosion-resistant rotors assures maximum flow and pressure, and prolongs roller life. Available options include PTO adapters and reverse rotation. A Buna-N seal ring provides a positive seal between the end plate and pump body.
