DynaCon Modular Powered Roller Conveyors utilize 1 motorized roller per module, which is activated only when required. Modules are available in short sections consisting of 5, 7, 9, and 11 roller sections, with 1 roller energized in each section. Rollers on 4 in. centers convey containers weighing 0-100 lb and DC brushless motors provide variable speeds from 0-200 fpm. Conveyors are available in widths of 18, 24, 30, and 36 in.

DynaCon Modular Powered Roller Conveyors
DynaCon Modular Powered Roller Conveyors offer an energy saving way for transferring product. Using one motorized roller per module, the motorized rollers are energized and put into motion only when required; saving energy when not being activated. The DynaCon Modular Powered Roller Conveyors move product along energized conveyor modules. As product is conveyed from one module to the next, the power dissipates and the next module is energized, causing the product to continue moving in the desired direction without wasting energy.
In order to maximize flexibility in conveyor length, modules are available in short sections consisting of 5, 7, 9 and 11 roller sections. One roller in each 5, 7, 9 or 11 roller module section is energized. Modules of various lengths can be interchanged to create the ideal conveyor length for each application. Flexibility in length is offered by allowing modules to be added or removed as needs change. Custom controls give the option for zero pressure accumulation, indexing or standard conveyance. Low maintenance DC brushless motors provide variable speeds from 0 - 200 feet per minute. Rollers on 4" centers convey containers weighing 0 - 100 lbs.
