Driven by series of 24 V motors, E24(TM) MDR conveyors are available with E24 Timing Belt Transfer accessory that features powered timing belt strands and pneumatic lift. Neoprene timing belts are coated with urethane to ensure positive grip when transferring product, and drive sheaves come standard with ABEC-1 bearings for extended transfer life. Able to sort up to 40 cartons/min, accessory offers standard configuration that bolts into 3 in. roller centers within minutes.
