'V' Roller Improves Heavy-Duty Shelf Operation
North East, PA – July 2005 – RIDG-U-RAK has increase capacity and the ease-of-operation on its Extendo-Max100V Roll-out shelves. The rack unit’s new "V" roller shelf-guide mechanism carries a rated capacity of 3,000 pounds per shelf at full 100% extension and greatly improves drawer operation making it ideal for storage and retrieval of heavy dies, molds or other industrial components.
The Extendo-Max100V has six standard heights from 60-1/4 to 120-1/4 inches tall and houses up to four independent shelves each adjustable on two-inch centers. Shelves are available in both 2,000 or 3,000 pound capacities and come in four standard sizes ranging from 36 to 48 inches wide and 36 x 48 inches deep. Add-on units are easily accepted to accommodate future expansion. Optional equipment includes sides, backs, doors, individual shelf locks and a multiple shelf lock.
