Operators can adjust clamping force with optional 4-stage pressure selection valve. With split arm option, users can lift 2 rolls of different diameters at same time.

Homewood, IL...Brudi Bolzoni Auramo has announced the introduction of a new series of paper roll clamps.. .the AR Series. This line of clamps, with load capacities from 3,800 pounds to 10,000 pounds, allows users to handle rolls ranging from as small as 10 inches up to 72 inches in diameter.
AR Series paper roll clamps feature a high-speed rack-and-pinion mechanism (up to twice as fast as conventionally-geared clamps) that allows for true 180° operation for reduced paper roll edge damage. The hydraulic system of the AR Series has been optimized to match the requirements of modern lift trucks. Standard features include controlled long and short arm movement and check valves installed in clamping and rotation cylinders. Operators can also easily adjust clamping force using the optional 4-stage-pressure selection valve.
In another productivity-building move, the AR Series offers a unique split arm option. With this, users can lift two rolls of different diameters at the same time. For highly sophisticated mill and warehouse environments, Brudi Bolzoni Auramo offers the CTXG3 intelligent clamping option for automatic clamping force control. Owners can also customize AR Series clamps by taking advantage of seven different pad (including rubber, sandpaper, steel, polyurethane) options.
The AR Series offers increased ease of servicability. Normal wear components including hoses can be changed without special skills or tools. Hydraulic connections are readily accessible. The clamps have been designed to make pressure testing simple.
