Model R-M55H utilizes single pinch hydraulic adjustment for bending variety of materials. Bending speed can be adjusted through variable speed, thermal overload protected Siemens inverter drive system coupled to direct drive gearbox, and independent operator station features programmable digital readout of roll position for accurate, repeatable bends. Hardened segment rolls are included along with adjustable guide rolls to assist with coiling operations.

Baileigh Industrial is proud to introduce the newest addition to its world class lineup of section roll benders - the model R-M55H.
The two driven roll R-M55H utilizes a single pinch hydraulic adjustment for easy bending on a variety of materials. Bending speed can be adjusted through a variable speed, thermal overload protected Siemens inverter drive system coupled to a direct drive gearbox. An independent operator station features a programmable digital readout of roll position to ensure accurate, repeatable bends every time.
Due to their robust construction, all Baileigh Industrial roll benders can be operated in either the vertical or horizontal position. Hardened segment rolls are included along with adjustable guide rolls to assist with coiling operations. Tooling options include lateral angle guide rolls as well as rolls for round tube and pipe applications.
