Using an integrated FANUC robotic arm for highly efficient and reliable palletizing, the Severe Duty robotic palletizer accommodates a variety of product types, weights and sizes and builds highly stable unit loads in almost any pattern such as interlocked, brick, spiral, column or other configurations.
Available in multiple layouts and configurations including; a single station 1-in-1-out, dual station 1 or 2-in-2-out, 1 or 3-in-3-out, 1 or 4-in-4-out, and even in our unique Robox style palletizing system. Each system can be fully automated with product and pallet transport conveyor, pallet dispensing, and slip sheet dispensing for a complete fully automatic solution.
