Thiele Introduces New Econo-Pal Robotic Palletizer

MINNEAPOLIS-Thiele Technologies is pleased to introduce the Econo-Pal Robotic Palletizer. The Econo-Pal is an affordable robotic palletizer designed for basic in-plant setup by an operator. Its lower price point and quick delivery make this an economical choice for a vast array of industries.

The Econo-Pal features a small footprint and minimal components to make installation fast and easy. Setup is simple enough that it can be done without Thiele technicians. A step-by-step manual and menu-driven controls allow in-plant personnel to set up and operate the Econo-Pal. It also features a robot teach pendant which contains HMI screens that are easy to navigate and use.

"We're very excited to include the Econo-Pal in our robotics line. This is an excellent option for many customers who want the reliability of a robotic system without the high price that can sometimes be associated with newer technology," says Matthew Garcia, Robotics Product Line Manager at Thiele.

Systems include the robot, end of arm tool, infeed, pallet locators, fence and base plate. Standard features include quick change tool and infeed, drop box detection and category 3 safety. Optional features are also available including pallet conveyor, pallet and/or slip sheet dispenser, mat top conveyor, PLC, touchscreen, Ethernet connection, additional pallet patterns and a variety of robotic models for heavier payloads and extended reach.
