TOUGH GUN I.C.E.(TM) (Integrated Cooling Enhancer) Robotic MIG Gun circulates water at nozzle and has SS water lines running along durable air-cooled gooseneck. External water lines run independently of power cable and shut-off valves at I.C.E. connections, so maintenance downtime is limited. Device provides 550 A capacity at 60% duty cycle with mixed gases and supports wide range of metal thicknesses. It is also available in various gooseneck angles and torch lengths.

Featuring stainless steel water lines running along a durable air-cooled gooseneck, the I.C.E. circulates water at the nozzle, keeping the MIG gun cooler and helping lengthen the life of its front-end consumables.
The TOUGH GUN I.C.E. Robotic MIG Gun provides 550-amp capacity at 60 percent duty cycle (with mixed gases) and provides an efficient solution for a wide range of metal thicknesses from thin metal to thick plate. This versatility allows companies to weld on a variety of components with the same TOUGH GUN I.C.E. Robotic MIG Gun, eliminating downtime for gun changeover and increasing productivity.
Because the TOUGH GUN I.C.E. Robotic MIG Gun features external water lines that run independently of the power cable and shut-off valves at the I.C.E. connections, downtime for routine maintenance and the total cost of ownership is substantially lower compared with conventional water-cooled MIG guns.
