Language Functionality and Advanced Compliance Reporting Introduced in New Essential Suite Software Release From ESS
Enhancements in Essential Suite(TM) (Version 6.3) eliminate language barriers, simplify work processes and enrich compliance reporting capabilities
TEMPE, Ariz. -- February 14, 2006 -- ESS, the leading provider of Operational Risk Management software and services for Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) and Crisis Management, announced today that Essential Suite(TM) has been updated to include new global and module-specific functionality to enhance international collaboration and improve overall reporting effectiveness.
One of the primary enhancements is functionality that enables people to access the software in their native language. Another significant update in the suite's Essential Industrial Hygiene(TM) module enables professionals to create exposure assessment profiles with Similar Exposure Groups (SEGs) than can be established and classified by any combination of job task, assessment type, PPE and synergistic effects. Images, files and applicable documents can also be attached to these profiles for reporting purposes.
Essential Suite helps users comply with international, federal, state and local regulations, and industry standards. The fully integrated browser-based suite also transforms EH&S and Crisis Management data into the information needed to develop performance metrics that reduce operational expenses and risk.
Additional enhancements in Essential Suite (Version 6.3) include the following:
o A Fugitive Emissions Management Emissions Calculation Wizard in the Essential FEMS(TM) module
o OSHA 300, 300A and 301 reports for work-related injuries in the Essential Incident Master(TM) module
o New Exposure Assessment Industrial Hygiene Statistics report in Essential Industrial Hygiene(TM)
o Quickfill workflow improvements in Essential Air(TM)
