Accepting any 24 Vdc source, including solar or battery power, Model MMP TM57-24V GRA40-256 measures 6.5 x 4.7 in. with 10 mm D x 25 mm L keyed output shaft. Reversible unit requires 3.8 A at 24 Vdc to generate full load torque. Mounting is accomplished with 4 face mount M4 threaded holes, equally spaced on 34 mm dia BC. Featuring IP54 rating for operation in harsh environments, gearmotor fits in tight spaces found in robotics and automation applications.

Right Angled Output, Low Current, 24 Vdc Gearmotor Develops 177 Lb. In. Torque at 17 RPM
Midwest Motion Products, Inc. of Watertown, Minnesota, is pleased to announce the release of a new DC Gear Motor, the Model No. MMP TM57-24V GRA40-256. Accepting any 24 Volt DC source, including solar or battery power, this robust Gear Motor measures just 6.5" by 4.7", and has a keyed output shaft of 10mm diameter by 25mm long. Easy mounting is accomplished with 4 "face mount" M4 threaded holes, equally spaced on a 34mm Dia. B.C.
The output of this reversible gearmotor is rated for 177 Lb. In. (20Nm) torque, at 17 RPM. Despite its compact size, and weight of approximately 4 pounds, it's an efficient design, requiring just 3.8 Amps at 24 Volts DC to generate its Full Load Torque. That translates into long life battery charge, smooth operation, and lower costs for related drive electronics. Motor windings for 12V, 28V, 36V, 42V, 48V, 60V & 90 Volts are available.
This unique design is rated at an "IP 54" protection level for operation in harsh environments. Variable Speed control can be accomplished with our fully compatible Speed Controls, Model MMP 25A-24V, or MMP 20A-24V-RSP.

Typical options available from the company include Servo Motors with integral Optical Encoders, Failsafe Brakes, Analog Tachometers, and a variety of Planetary Gearheads, with standard ratios ranging from 3:1 to 2653:1, and standard or low backlash precision gearing available.
