With ability to wind rolls up to 10 in. dia on core sizes ranging from 1-3 in. ID, VTR Turret Rewinder operates directly in line with press, providing single pass non-stop finished roll label production. Standard features include automatic core glue, automatic tail glue, doctor blade glue wheels, PLC control, automatic swing back core stop, and it requires no mechanical press connections. Turret can also be used for off-line finishing applications.

West Caldwell, NJ, September 8, 2008: CTC International introduces its Model VTR "Value" Turret Rewinder for Non stop winding of label and tag stock.
Based on decades of turret research the machine is designed to wind rolls up to 10" diameter on core sizes ranging from 1" to 3" I.D.
This unique turret can provide Core Glue, Tail glue and roll eject features using only Two Drives to operate 3 winding spindles!
This special design provides excellent value using a minimum amount of parts in a very compact package.
The machine operates directly in line with a press, providing single pass non-stop finished roll label production. The Turret can also be used for off-line finishing applications. The simple design allows for very fast job changeovers.
Standard features include: automatic core glue, automatic tail glue, doctor blade glue wheels, PLC control, automatic swing back core stop, fast operator learning curve, and no mechanical press connections required.
The turret will be available in varying web widths and with a wide range of options to fit specific customer applications.
The machine was introduced to the label industry for the first time at Label Expo Americas 2008.
