The tried and tested A300 preparation and feeding unit for self-levelling dispensing materials meets the market with a brilliant conception. The market launch of the new A310 raises user-friendly operation to the next level by boasting a 7" full-graphics touch screen display. A wealth of useful functions, such as the handy timer, the automatic maintenance alerts on the pumps for the dispensing material and the vacuum generation, and the fact that parameters can be simply transferred from a material process database bolsters the comfort. Operation monitoring has been turned intelligently simpler thanks to several neat and clever components. The self-calibrating filling level sensor, the built-in container illumination, and the LED material pump indicators are but a few examples of the many innovative novelties included. The A310 basic model includes a multitude of functions which used to be optional in the A300.
In the good tradition of all Scheugenpflug AG standard systems, the new A310 is designed for processing all types of dispensing masses, including but not limited to abrasive, i.e. filled materials.
