Made of one-piece, corrosion-proof molded polymer, MH TuffBox is airtight and condensation-resistant, offering alternative to seamed metal register boxes for air distribution applications. Beaded rim on quick break-away collars helps hold flexible duct in place and speed fastening process. Models include MHS with 6 x 6 in. register box and 4, 5, and 6 in. dia collars; MH with 8 x 8 in. box and 6, 7, and 8 in. collars; and MHL with 10 x 10 in. box and 8, 9, and 10 in. collars.

Made in the USA of durable, corrosion-proof polymer at Airtec Products' new multi-million-dollar, fully-automated plant addition, the MH TuffBox is an airtight, energy-efficient and competitively-priced alternative to seamed metal register boxes for new construction air distribution applications.
Each MH TuffBox model has a stepped collar design offering a choice of three round duct diameter sizes, which allows 66-percent fewer inventory SKU's for distributors and contractors. A beaded rim on the quick break-away collars helps hold flexible duct in place and speed the fastening process. The MH TuffBox line ranges from the 1) MHS-6 x 6-inch register box and 4,5,6-inch diameter collars; 2) MH-8 x 8-inch register box and 6,7,8-inch diameter collars; 3) MHL 10 x 10-inch register box and 8,9,10-inch diameter collars.
All MH TuffBoxes also include 5/8-inch standoffs to accommodate the correct depth for furring strip drywall applications.
