Featuring flameless operation, RETOX Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer systems provide 99% VOC abatement with dual chamber ceramic heat exchanger rated up to 97% effective primary heat recovery. Units come in skid-mounted, pre-piped and wired modules with flowrates from 1,000-80,000 cfm. RTO operation does not generate any Nitrous Oxide byproducts during VOC combustion and oxidation process. Systems also do not require periodic carbon or catalyst replacement and maintenance.
