Offering alternative to plywood, 19.75 in. Dead~Bolt(TM) Flange is available in 7, 8, 10, and 12 in. cores sizes with 1.59, 1.75, or 0.063 in. arbor holes. Drive hole is elongated to minimize need for adjusting winding machines. Made from environmentally friendly reprocessed material, flange is available KD or assembled and can be constructed with either paper or plastic cores.

Reel Options® Has 19.75 inch Flange Now Available
Reel Options® now has a 19.75 inch Dead~Bolt(TM) flange available which can be produced in a variety of core and arbor hole sizes. The core sizes come in 7, 8, 10 & 12 inch and all core sizes can be produced with 1.59, 1.75 or 3.063 inch arbor holes.
This low cost alternative to plywood features a shock absorbing design and utilizes Dead~Bolt(TM) secure fastening for a worry free assembly. The drive hole is elongated to reduce the need for adjusting winding machines. The flange also incorporates multiple tie-off holes. As with most other Reel Options® products, the flange is made from environmentally friendly reprocessed material. These flanges are available both KD or assembled and can be assembled with either paper or plastic cores.
