Manncorp's Reballing/Prebumping Station Is In-House Reconditioning Resource for BGAs, CSPs, & QFNs

Assemblers who require reconditioning of BGAs and CSPs now have a single source - not only for the equipment, but for frames, masks and accessories - to bring this task in-house.

Manncorp's 03.1 Reballing/Prebumping Station is a comprehensive, flexible and affordable solution for contractors and OEMs seeking faster turnaround and a less costly alternative than reliance on third parties to BGA and CSP reballing and solder paste prebumping of QFN devices.

The 03.1 system includes innovative "Rapid IR" Heating Technology to achieve quick, energy-efficient lead-free processing temperatures while preventing damage to components and boards. It is also useful in converting BGAs, CSPs and QFNs from leaded to lead-free devices, or vice versa. The standard system, internet priced at $4,999, includes tools and accessories for processing virtually all common packages. In addition, Manncorp now offers a complete selection of masks, frames and solder balls.

The 03.1 will be demonstrated at the Manncorp exhibit #1885 at APEX Expo. Access manncorp.com/rework/multireball03/ or sales@manncorp.com.
