2. Paperless document management. Once signed, transaction documents and forms can be electronically faxed or emailed directly from Real Estate Dashboard. Faxes may be received into Real Estate Dashboard as well. All documents and forms imported into Real Estate Dashboard are automatically and continuously backed-up and synchronized to an online vault. Users may set permissions to files and folders to grant clients and service providers access to specific documents at any time. Brokers and managers may also access documents in agents' vaults, thus reducing liability by simplifying and standardizing the process of review.
3. Built for the tablet PC. Real Estate Dashboard is optimized for VREO's REDtablet product, a tablet PC configured specifically for the real estate industry.
