Henkel Introduces PURmelt® QR 4511(TM) Headlamp Bonding Adhesive



Reactive hotmelt adhesive for headlamp bonding features better performance than traditional sealants



MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. -- Henkel introduces PURmelt(®) QR 4511(TM) reactive hotmelt adhesive for headlamp bonding applications. This unique adhesive can withstand and operate at higher exposure temperatures than traditional sealants and adhesives.  PURmelt(®) QR 4511(TM) minimizes bond failure and results in more durable assemblies.  The improved bond strength provides superior leak protection and improves assembly process efficiency.



PURmelt(®) QR 4511(TM) adhesive is available in gray or black color, and can bond a wide range of substrates, therefore meeting a variety of automotive specifications.
