Precise Electronically Controlled Gear Pump Metering and Mixing

ITW Ransburg's fast and reliable RCS 2 is the latest generation Ratio Control System. It establishes a new standard for precise electronically controlled gear-pump metering and mixing.

The RCS 2 is the ideal choice for single or multiple component applications where short trigger times, quick response, and/or low flow are required. The RCS 2 also features magnetically coupled metering pumps that eliminate shaft seal leaks. The RCS 2 offers ultimate system flexibility; it can be used with rotary atomizers, bells, disks, and either electrostatic or non-electrostatic guns.

The RCS 2 provides absolute on-ratio gear-driven 1, 2, or 3k mixing and metering control, and the system can be used with either solventborne or waterborne materials, which makes for easy integration into automatic or manual systems that use either single or multiple applicators.

The RCS 2...your answer for accurate, consistent proportioning.

ITW Ransburg Electrostatic Systems, an Illinois Tool Works Company, offers a variety of finishing products and systems, including electrostatic systems, electrostatic HVLP systems, automatic sprayguns, disks and bells, gun reciprocators, closed-loop fluid control systems, and system parts and accessories.
