Mustang Technologies Introduces TracReturns v1.6.1


(Green Bay, WI) - Mustang Technologies is proud to announce the release of TracReturns v1.6.1. TracReturns is a RMA/RGA software product that tracks customer returns, product repairs, and product failures for manufacturers and distributors.

Two new features in v1.6.1 are parts inventory control and automatic email. The automatic email option will automatically send emails to customers when the status of their RMA changes. For example, if the RMA changes to "Returned", an email can be sent to the customer with shipment tracking information.

TracReturns is a specific-use software product that does not require additional software components - such as accounting software modules. TracReturns is a great solution for manufacturers and distributors currently using a paper-based RMA system but need to move to a computer-based RMA/RGA system to improve customer service, to improve efficiencies, and to stay competitive - without the hassle of installing a complete accounting system. However, TracReturns is great for tool for technical support, engineering, and customer support departments to track product failures in the field.

TracReturns tracks the complete customer return process from the customer's initial phone call, through receiving and repairing the product, to the final return of the product to the customer. In addition, notes and documents (such as WORD documents, EXCEL spreadsheets, PDF's, and photos) can be attached to each return. Plus - statuses, failure codes, custom fields, and priorities can be assigned to each return.

Mustang provides a risk-free, "try-before-you-buy" policy which allows users to evaluate TracReturns without any obligation for 30 days. At the end of the 30-day period, customers can elect to buy TracReturns and continue using it - or they can remove the product from their computer system and pay nothing.
