Certified for Cat6A compliance, Model 7371 utilizes shielded RJ45 connectors and provides 3 positions of A/B/C switching. Single-channel unit switches all 8 pins of RJ45 interface and is transparent to data speed and format. Switch position can be controlled manually via front panel pushbutton or remotely via ASCII RS232 Serial Data commands. Remote control port allows off-site monitoring and management including ability to lockout front-panel pushbutton control.

Model 7371 RJ45 Switch with RS232 Serial Remote Control Supports Cat6A Networks
The Model 7371 is a Single Channel Cat6A RJ45 Switch with 3 positions of A/B/C switching and Serial Remote Control. This network switch, manufactured by Electro Standards Laboratories in Cranston, RI, utilizes high performance shielded RJ45 connectors and is certified for Cat6a compliance.
The Model 7371 switches all 8 pins of the RJ45 interface. The switch is transparent to data speed and format allowing seamless network switching. Switch position can be controlled manually via front panel pushbutton or remotely via ASCII RS232 Serial Data commands. The remote control port allows total off-site monitoring and switch management including the ability to lockout the front-panel pushbutton control. The Model 7371 retains its last switch position in the event of a power loss and continues to pass data.
A CE and UL listed wide range power module (item #517277) with 100VAC/240VAC, 50Hz/60Hz operation can be ordered in place of the standard power module to accommodate switching applications worldwide. Custom length RJ45 CAT6A cables are also available from Electro Standards Laboratories for the switch installation.
