The RJ45 interface device connected to the Common port can be shared among eight other devices connected to the 8 ports labeled A through H.

Password protection provides security for the remote control operation. Eight push-buttons allow local individual control of the switch positions.

The Model 7328 saves wear and tear on computer equipment by eliminating the need to plug and unplug Cat5 RJ45 patch-cords. The unit switches all eight pins of the RJ45 interface and is transparent to data speed and format. Eight front-panel LED's display switch position and power status.

PathWay® Model 7328 switch is housed in a 1U full rack size enclosure that fits into a standard 19" rack. This durable black anodized enclosure provides EMI/RFI shielding. The Model 7328 retains its last switch position in the event of power loss and continues to pass data. This reliable switch is certified to meet or exceed CAT5 performance.

The Model 7328 is supplied with a UL approved 100VAC/240VAC, 50Hz/60Hz wall mount power module that supplies 12 VDC, 500 mA to the unit. This module features a 2-prong, US, non-polarized plug.
