Equipped with serial remote control port, single-channel Model 7370 allows sharing of single RJ45 Cat6A interface network or device among 2 others, eliminating need to plug and unplug cables. Unit utilizes shielded RJ45 connectors and switches all 8 pins of RJ45 interface. Switch is transparent to data speed/format and can be controlled via front panel pushbutton or remotely via RS232 Serial DATA ASCII commands. In event of power loss, device retains last position and continues to pass data.
