PREMO Develops Antennas RFID for Automotive Passive Entry Applications

PREMO presents a new antenna for applications in low frequency base stations (125Khz), is specifically designed for those applications in which it is necessary to get a big read range with a minimum size on PCB. It has 76mm x 16mm x 5.5mm for SMD assembly.

It is a perfect solution to be used in vehicles passive entry applications (PE, passive entry) or TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring system). The complement to this transmitter antenna are the PREMO RFID receiver antenna 3DC1111LP in base stations implemented with chips ATA5278 (base station), and with receiver elements that support functionality 3D implemented with ATA5282.

Its inductances range is between 200 microhenrios up to 1 milihenrio with quality factors between 80 and 150.

Premo RFID was the first company in the world integrating 3 single antennas in just a monolithic component, this hit was patented by them in 2001. Due to its demonstrated experience in TPMS and ES applications, PREMO RFID is developing a wide range of receiver antennas of high quality to get the best read range and to increase its system performances.

Premo Group is a worldwide leading company designing, manufacturing and supplying standard or custom made inductive components for the electronics market. Our wide range of products as RFID components, EMC filters, PLC components and accessories, planar transformers, current transducers, chokes... for automotive, renewable energies and railway markets, apart from others markets.
