Barry Industries Introduces 500W RF Termination for High Power DC-4.5GHz Applications
Attleboro, Massachusetts USA – Barry Industries announces the introduction of a RoHS-compliant flange mount RF termination, T50R0-500-15X, which dissipates 500W with favorable return loss over a DC to 4.5GHz bandwidth. Barry Industries is an ISO9001:2008 certified ITAR registered manufacturer of high quality thick film resistors, terminations, attenuators and high temperature co-fired ceramic (HTCC) packaging.
The thick film on Beryllium Oxide (BeO) T50R0-500- 15X termination, with its internally matched circuit architecture, exhibits 20dB or better return loss from DC to 2.5GHz and 17dB to 4.5GHz.
The flange and input tab are constructed of robust silver-plated copper. Overall footprint is 1.25” x 1.00” (31.75mm x 25.40mm).
