August 5, 2002 - Micro and nano quick disconnects, offered with screw-plug connections, eliminate assembly process of joining/soldering wires together. Quick disconnects are straight, compact, and moisture resistant to NEMA 6P and IP 68 protection. Male and female 3-pin nano connectors are compatible with M8 single keyway, while male and female 5-pin micro connectors are compatible with M12 single keyway.

Vaccon offers Quick Disconnects for Solid State Vacuum and Pressure Switches & Sensors


Vaccon Company, Inc. of Medfield, Massachusetts introduces a new line of micro and nano quick disconnects for all Vaccon solid state vacuum and pressure switches and sensors. The new quick disconnects save time and money by eliminating the labor intensive assembly process of joining/soldering wires together. With a screw-plug connection, the quick disconnects will quickly, easily, and safely plug into system controllers, plc's or other electronic extension connectors used in pick and place/robotics applications, material handling equipment, conveyors and automated assembly equipment.

Vaccon quick disconnects are straight, compact and moisture resistant to NEMA 6P and IP 68 protection. The micro and nano quick disconnects are available factory installed on Vaccon sensors and switches or can be field-attachable. The 3 pin male and female nano connectors are compatible with an M8 single keyway and can be ordered with or without an additional 1M length, 24 awg PVC cordset. The 5 pin male and female micro connectors are compatible with an M12 single keyway.
