Y axis; and 63 in. between gantry columns with optional 4th axis aggregate. Machine can run multiple parts of different sizes simultaneously and accommodates range of materials. While machining flexible materials, vacuum table allows stock to be kept flat and provides equal pressure to material over entire surface.

Some of the advantages of this machining technology are; the ability to run multiple parts of different sizes at the same time, and when considering set up, a full sheet of material can be used on the vacuum table. This eliminates the need for pre-cutting blanks, mechanical fixtures, and having to move and relocate parts. While machining flexible materials, the vacuum table allows the stock to be kept flat, and provides an equal pressure to the material over the entire surface. Common applications are; Flat and panel machined components, Enclosures, Electrical Insulators, Lab tops, Cart tops, Panel and plate processing, Nested based components, Templates, Patterns, and 3D artwork.
